Efrain Rodriguez has extensive experience in the technical support field, currently serving at Summit Broadband since October 2018. Prior to this role, Efrain was a dispatcher at Bright House Networks from January 1983 to February 2003. Efrain holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from New Horizon College of Engineering, earned between 2015 and 2016, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Computer Systems Networking and Database from Florida Technical College, obtained from 2010 to 2014. Efrain is also pursuing the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
