Jeremy McFarland has worked in the engineering and manufacturing industry since 2004. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as an Associate at Toyota and an Engineering Co-op at Intranasal Therapeutics Inc. During their time at Intranasal Therapeutics Inc., they were involved in factory acceptance testing of new equipment and cGMP manufacturing. In 2008, they worked as a Quality Engineer Intern at ArvinMeritor, where they were responsible for updating facility drawings in AutoCAD, assisting with creating a more accommodating associate training program, and preparing for a line transfer from a sister facility. From 2010 to present, they have been employed at Summit Biosciences Inc., where they have held the roles of Senior Project Engineer, Interim Manufacturing Manager, and Project Engineer. During their time at Summit Biosciences Inc., they have been involved in FDA PAI inspections, client audits, developing and improving manufacturing equipment and processes, and preparing for launch and process validation of Sumatriptan Nasal Spray and other development projects.
Jeremy McFarland attended Harrison County from 2000 to 2004, and then went on to the University of Kentucky where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2004 to 2010.
