Michelle McCabe has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Michelle began their career as an Administrative Coordinator at Hourigan Kluger & Quinn in 2002 and subsequently worked as a Litigation Paralegal at Anzalone Law Offices from 2003 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Luzerne County Community College as an Adjunct Professor and later became the Director of Substance Abuse Education and Training Institute until 2011.

In 2011, Michelle joined CRC Health Group as the Director of Marketing and Business Development for the Eastern Region. Michelle was responsible for overseeing a marketing team and collaborating with various stakeholders to place individuals into appropriate drug and alcohol treatment programs.

Michelle then held marketing and business development positions at Recovery Centers of America and Acadia Healthcare from 2015 to 2018. Michelle served as the Senior Director of Marketing and Business Development at Recovery Centers of America and subsequently worked as the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Acadia Healthcare.

Since 2018, Michelle has been working at Summit BHC in progressively increasing roles. Michelle started as the Regional Director of Business Development, then served as the Corporate Director of Business Development, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development.

Michelle attended Misericordia University and obtained a Master of Organizational Management degree, which they completed in 2015. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2007, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree at Misericordia University.

Before their enrollment at Misericordia University, Michelle attended Luzerne County Community College. Michelle completed their Associate Degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal in 2003. In 2001, they also obtained a Certificate in Legal Office Technology from the same institution.

Michelle's educational background traces back to their time at Berwick Area High School, where they completed their high school education in 1999.
