Brady Stephenson has extensive experience in the construction and land development industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations with SummerHill Homes since October 2017, after holding positions as Vice President of Construction & Land Development and Director of Land Development. Previous roles include Offsites Land Development Purchasing Agent at Shea Homes and Senior Estimator/Project Manager at Shames Construction. Brady's career began at DR Horton as an Assistant Superintendent, and Brady also worked as a Purchasing Agent and Superintendent at Signature Properties. Responsibilities throughout the career include preparing contracts, negotiating revisions, and managing budget estimates and progress reports.
