Gloria Cheng, CPA, has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Gloria began their career in 2004 as a Commercial Loan Assistant at East West Bank, where they worked until 2008. Then, from 2008 to 2009, they served as a Settlement Analyst at Shell Trading US Company. In 2010, they joined Constellation Energy as a Transaction Management Analyst, staying with the company until 2013. Since 2013, Gloria has been working at Summer Energy, initially as an Accounting Operations Analyst. Gloria quickly progressed through the ranks, becoming a Senior Accounting Analyst in 2014, a Senior Accounting Manager in 2015, and eventually the Director of Accounting Operations in 2018, their current role. This demonstrates their ability to excel in their career and take on progressively more challenging and responsible positions.

Gloria Cheng, CPA, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Accounting from the University of Houston in 2003. Gloria then pursued further education and is currently enrolled in the Executive MBA program at Texas A&M University's Mays Business School, expected to be completed in 2022.

In addition to their academic achievements, Gloria Cheng holds the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) granted by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in January 2016.
