Rachel Binx is an experienced engineering professional with a strong focus on front-end and full-stack development. Currently serving as Principal Front-End Engineer at Summer since April 2024, Rachel has previously held significant positions at Rewiring America, Watershed, Sofar Ocean, and Netflix, where notable projects included developing the Pace of Progress web app and building internal tools for content executives. Rachel's background also includes work at Mapzen and NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where leadership in design and development was demonstrated. With degrees in Mathematics and Art History from Santa Clara University, Rachel possesses a unique blend of technical and creative skills, further enhanced by hands-on experience in custom data visualizations and internal tools for industry leaders.
