Halil Nalcaoglu is a seasoned academic and consultant with extensive experience in communication studies. Currently serving as a shareholder at Summarify since January 2023, Nalcaoglu has been a professor at Istanbul Bilgi University since September 2005, where additional roles include Dean of the Faculty of Communication and Chair of the Department of Media and Communication Systems. Nalcaoglu also serves as a consultant at TIRPORT since September 2022 and has been a member of the High Council at Ä°NGEV since 2016. Prior positions include associate professor, assistant professor, and research assistant at Ankara University from 1987 to 2005, as well as instructor at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1994 to 1996. Education includes a PhD in Communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and multiple degrees in Communication and Sociology from Ankara University and Middle East Technical University.
