Judge Steve Hornsby is a distinguished legal professional with over 40 years of experience as a trial lawyer, judge, government executive, and healthcare executive. Currently serving as Co-founder of Summa Vita and Owner of Your Conscious Life Professional Coaching/Consulting, Hornsby specializes in professional coaching, personal development, and organizational health. With a strong focus on juvenile justice, Hornsby also acts as a Team Consultant for Comprehensive Strategies for Juvenile Justice. Previous roles include Senior Vice President for WestCare Foundation and CEO of Bolivar Downtown Development Corporation. Hornsby holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, in Political Science and Government.
