Duncan J. Campbell, Esq., CIPP-US has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Duncan J. currently serves as the Head of Americas Data Privacy Compliance at SMBC Group since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Lecturer at Columbia University School of Professional Studies starting from 2018. From 2018 to 2023, they were the Senior Counsel and Head of Privacy Legal at BNP Paribas. Duncan has also held leadership roles in data privacy and cybersecurity compliance at Barclays and Ernst & Young. Duncan J. started their career as an Associate Attorney at Ventantonio Wildenhain, PC and later served as a Law Clerk for a Superior Court in New Jersey. Duncan also has experience in logistics as the General Manager at Wessel Werk, Inc and IT consulting at PwC.

Duncan J. Campbell, Esq., CIPP-US obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate education at Penn State University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a degree in Marketing with a minor in Business Logistics. In 2013, they received the certification of CIPP/US from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals.
