James Deane is a Senior Product Design Engineer at Sumitomo Electric Lightwave. Previously, James worked as a Process Engineer at Sumitomo Electric Carbide Manufacturing and as an Engineering Intern at Dynatect Manufacturing, Inc. James's experience also includes roles such as an Undergraduate Researcher at Marquette University, a Global Student Assistant, a Design Engineer Intern at Radyne, an Apprentice Engineer at LIME, and an Apprentice Technician at Kingston Industrial Garage. James holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and a Certificate from the Jamaican German Automotive School (JAGAS).
