Angela Horton has extensive experience in customer support and project management, currently serving as an Inside Sales Representative - Large Account Specialist at Sumitomo Drive Technologies since January 2012. In this role, Angela manages customer relations for the company's largest GM accounts and provides training for all new hires in Customer Support. Prior to this position, Angela worked as a Shift Manager at McDonald's Corporation from January 2008 to January 2009. Angela holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Project Management from Ashford University (2015-2017) and an Associate's degree in Healthcare Management from American InterContinental University (2008-2010).
