Jyoti Rana is currently serving as the Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Sumitomo Chemical India Ltd since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jyoti held the position of Assistant Manager-HR at DCGPAC.COM from January 2022 to June 2023. Jyoti’s previous experience includes serving as Senior Executive Human Resources at Emerge Glass from October 2015 to October 2021, Executive-Human Resource at RAMY SECURITY & SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED for a brief period in 2015, and Recruitment Executive at MASPRO Consultants from February 2012 to October 2013. Jyoti Rana earned a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the Management Education Research Institute (MERI) in New Delhi.
