Bill Palmer is an experienced plant manager with a demonstrated history of managing operations in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Plant Manager at Sumiden since June 2004, Bill oversees all aspects of plant operations for a steel wire production facility. Previously, Bill held the role of Plant Manager at Poder Digital S.A. de C.V. in Guadalajara, where leadership contributed to the company's first profitability in seven years. Bill’s background also includes serving as Director of Operations at Digital Power, overseeing facilities in both the US and Mexico, and as Operations Manager at Boschert. Bill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Information Systems from National University, a Certificate in Computer Science from San Joaquin Delta College, and a BA in International Business Management from Universidad de Guadalajara.
