Dave Wark currently serves as the Head of Engineering at Sumdog, a position held since April 2014, after progressing from roles as a Senior Software Developer and Software Developer within the same company. Prior to Sumdog, Wark worked as a Senior Publishing Systems and Data Developer at HarperCollins Publishers from January 2012 to April 2014 and gained experience as an Oracle Developer at Inoapps Limited from January 2010 to December 2011. Early career roles include Data Developer at Chambers Harrap Publishers Ltd from September 2008 to December 2009 and Undergraduate ICT Research at BT in June 2007. Wark holds a BSc in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence from The University of Edinburgh, completed in 2008, and has a high school education from Sullivan Upper School.
