Balqees Neji possesses extensive experience in English language instruction, currently serving as a Senior Language Instructor at Sultan Qaboos University since September 2018 and as an English Language Instructor and GFP Level Leader at Sohar University since September 2007. Prior roles include teaching English at the Ministry of Education from September 1999 to July 2007, at Ministere de l'education nationale from September 1995 to July 1999, and at IPSI from September 1994 to July 1995, where instruction focused on English for Specific Purposes (ESP) for journalism students. Additional experience includes working as an instructor at ACT from January 1993 to August 1994 and as an instructor and cross-culture coordinator with the US Peace Corps from July 1991 to August 1994. Balqees Neji holds a B.A./B.Ed in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from Universite de Tunis and a Master of Arts in Professional Development for Language Education from the University of Chichester.
