Michael Guido has a diverse work experience in various financial management roles. Michael currently serves as the CFO of Hitachi Industrial Holdings Americas and Sullair, a Hitachi Group Company. In these positions, they oversee the financial operations and successfully completed the $1.25 billion sale of Sullair to Hitachi.
Prior to their current roles, Guido worked as the Divisional CFO & VP Finance for the Airframe Systems division of Woodward. Michael was responsible for managing a global sales portfolio of $550 million and leading over 2,000 employees across three facilities.
Before Woodward, Guido held the position of Divisional CFO & Senior Director Finance at Integra LifeSciences and Pacific Scientific Aerospace, where they had extensive experience in financial management and P&L responsibility for multi-million dollar global sales portfolios.
Earlier in their career, Guido worked at The Stanley Works as the Divisional CFO for various divisions, including Assembly Technologies, Industrial Storage, and Proto Tools. Michael also served as the Director of Operations Finance, overseeing finance activities for a diverse range of operations.
Guido's career began at GE Appliances, where they held various roles such as Finance Manager for distribution, range, finished goods sourcing, and payables. Michael also worked as a Process Improvement Engineer and participated in the Manufacturing Management Program.

Michael Guido completed their education with an MBA from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management in 2000, specializing in Business. Prior to that, they obtained a BSE in Engineering from Duke University between 1988 and 1992. Alongside their formal education, Michael has also obtained various certifications including Center for Creative Leadership, Danaher DBS Training and Immersion, GE Financial Management Program (FMP), GE Manufacturing Management Program (MMP), and a Green Belt certification in GE Six Sigma Training.
