Caroline Bennett currently serves as an Executive Assistant at Sukup Manufacturing Co. since June 2023. Previously, Caroline held the position of Executive Team Lead at Target from February 2021 to June 2023. Prior to that, a diverse tenure at Kohl's spanned from October 2013 to February 2021, during which Caroline progressed through several roles, including Assistant Manager, Customer Service Area Supervisor, CFH Area Supervisor, and Loss Prevention Supervisor. Caroline began a career in collections at IC System from May 2007 to February 2012, working as a Debt Collector to assist customers in managing overdue accounts. Earlier experience includes serving as a Server at Carlos O'Kelly's from March 2003 to April 2008, where Caroline provided exemplary customer service.
