Ananth Gudipati has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ananth is currently the Founder of SUKHIBA, a chat commerce platform that helps consumer-centric companies automate their sales, payments, deliveries, and reach more customers through WhatsApp.
Prior to that, Ananth worked as an Investor/Advisory at Ambrotechs starting from 2017.
From 2014 to 2021, Ananth was associated with the World Food Programme, where they held various roles. Ananth started as a Product Lead-Agriculture, responsible for innovating and overseeing product development and roll-out across 20+ countries. Ananth also served as the Strategy and Operations Lead for the Farm to Market Alliance in Tanzania, where they raised funds and scaled the program to benefit over 40,000 farmers.
In 2017, Ananth joined Farm to Market Alliance as a Product Development Lead, where they set up and led the global digital service for smallholder farmers. Ananth developed a platform that facilitated farmers to register, transact inputs products, and interact with public and private sector partners.
In 2014, Ananth co-founded Coolify, where they focused on developing and providing cold chain facilities for smallholder farmers in India. The company won a $100K innovation grant from USDA.
Earlier in their career, Ananth worked as a Summer Consultant at Dalberg Global Development Advisors in 2013 and as a Senior Consultant at TechnoServe from 2010 to 2012. Ananth also had internship experience at TechnoServe in 2009 and worked as a Consultant at ICRISAT in the same year.
Ananth's earliest work experience can be traced back to 2006 when they worked as an Associate Consultant at ViDAL-Stanford RDVP Project. Ananth was responsible for new product development and played a key role in conceptualizing innovative projects.
Ananth Gudipati holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Development Economics and International Development from Harvard Kennedy School. Ananth also completed a subject course in Financial Analysis and Investment at MIT Sloan School of Management. Ananth also holds an MBA degree in Rural Management from the School of Rural Management. Furthermore, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Telecommunication from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
