Bowen Knarr Jr currently serves as a Superconnector at SuiteC Connection Concierge, a role commenced in December 2023, contributing to a private leadership community focused on enhancing boardroom diversity. Since March 2021, Bowen has been the Managing Director for the Interim Accounting & Finance Practice at BrainWorks, specializing in the placement of top professionals in financial roles. Prior experience includes serving as Practice Lead for Accounting & Finance at Aston Carter North America, where growth of the staffing business was achieved, and as an Internal Wholesaler at Lincoln Financial Group. Bowen's earlier roles involved mentoring at Delaware Investments and a management trainee position at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. Additional involvement includes being a member of Aerotek's NE Diversity Board and chairing the diversity and inclusion efforts at the Bala Cynwyd, PA office.
