Vikas Chakilam has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Vikas is currently the Head of Business Excellence at Suite42, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, Vikas worked at Bharti Airtel as a Senior Manager from June 2020 to April 2022, and as a Manager from December 2017 to June 2020. Vikas also has experience as an Assistant Manager at BlackBuck and as an Associate at Delhivery. Additionally, Vikas worked as an Assistant Manager Business Development at Energo Engineering Projects Limited, where they were responsible for project planning and execution, progress tracking, and maintaining client and vendor relationships. Vikas began their career as a Summer Intern at TAFE - Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited in 2013.

Vikas Chakilam completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Shantiniketan Vidyalaya from 2004 to 2007 for their high school education. Additionally, Vikas obtained a certification in the Future Leaders' Programme for Airtel Limited (Online) from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in December 2021.
