Prior to that, they worked at IBM as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, gaining valuable experience in consulting and client services. Additionally, Angela has held positions as a Project Manager, Business Advisory Services Intern, Process Analyst Cooperative Associate, and Sales Process Improvement Analyst, highlighting their diverse skill set and adaptability in different work environments.

Angela (Visco) Hersch obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Integrated Business and Engineering from Lehigh University in 2014. In 2017, they also received certification as an IBM Certified Associate Business Process Analyst - Cúram V6.0.5 from IBM.
