Azhar Mehmood is an accomplished Executive Engineer with over 7 years of experience in the natural gas industry, currently employed at SNGPL since January 2016. Azhar has successfully managed large-scale system rehabilitation projects for fiscal years 2022-23 and 2023-24, consistently delivering results on time and within budget. Prior to this role, Azhar worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the Independent Monitoring Unit for 2 years, specializing in data collection and analysis in the education sector. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Project Management from COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from the International Islamic University, Islamabad, and earlier education in mathematics and physics from Fazaia Inter College Kalabagh.
