As a principal and chief operating officer, Rob Kellum oversees property management activities as well as new
business development, marketing, property acquisition and disposition, and consulting for SUHRCO’s multi-family
portfolio. He has led the re-development and re-positioning of apartment communities throughout the Pacific
Northwest and has extensive experience in apartment-to-condominium conversions.
Rob served as the 1999 President of the Western Washington Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management
(IREM) and has actively served the Chapter for numerous years as chairperson for Public Relations, on the
Speakers and Legislative committees and as Vice President of Member Services. In 2000, Western Washington
Chapter of IREM® named Rob as their Property Manager of the Year for the State of Washington.
Prior to SUHRCO, Rob was senior vice president and chief financial officer for a commercial real estate
management and brokerage company where his responsibilities included corporate operations, finance, and
budgeting, as well as management and brokerage for the firm, which handled $1-billion in real estate assets. He
assisted in opening branch offices in Houston, Atlanta, Phoenix, and Portland.
Prior to entering real estate, Rob was a business management consultant for a Los Angeles company that provided
management training, management system design, and implementation to firms throughout the United States and
Canada.
