Nasser El Amin is the current General Manager at Sugo Restaurant. Prior to this, they were the Cellar Door & Lawn Bar Manager at The Hunting Lodge Limited from November 2018 to May 2020. Nasser was responsible for overseeing all daily operations and functionalities of the Cellar Door and Lawn Bar, including Wine & Beer Tasting, Food service and execution, ensuring the venue delivered an exceptional customer experience, and was accountable for meeting all financial targets. The Manager is a brand ambassador, responsible for ensuring all staff is representing the Hunting Lodge brand to the best of their abilities.
Before their role at The Hunting Lodge Limited, Nasser El Amin was the Bar Manager at The Mexico Group Ltd from August 2018 to November 2018. Nasser's responsibility was the performance of the Mexico bar staff whilst on shift. To ensure service is provided in accordance to the parameters as outlined below and measured at the discretion of The Mexico Group. The success of this role not only lies in meeting these parameters but in taking initiative to create value added performance through successful leadership.
From August 2017 to December 2017, Nasser El Amin was a Project Intern at Takapuna Beach Business Association.
Nasser El Amin has a post-graduate degree in business from NZIE (New Zealand Institute of Education), a bachelor's degree in business and marketing from the same school, and a degree in hospitality management from Centro Europeu. Nasser also has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Universidade Positivo.
