Ruming Z. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They began their career as a Product Ninja at Le Pur Premium Dairy in 2014. In 2016, they worked at Tesla, first as an Autopilot Hardware specialist and later as a Sensor Hardware specialist at Apple. They then joined Intuit in 2019 as a Product Leader. Next, Ruming Z. served as a Product Manager at Tesla from 2017 to 2019. In 2020, they became a Guest Lecturer at the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford. In 2021, they held advisory roles at Forbes and Harvard Business Review. Currently, Ruming Z. is the Cofounder and CEO of Suger Inc.
Ruming Z. began their education at Peking University in 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. This course of study continued until 2015. During the same time period, Ruming Z. also attended Tsinghua University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. They completed their studies at Tsinghua University in 2015. Later, from 2015 to 2017, Ruming Z. attended Stanford University to acquire a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
