Sol Jeewa has extensive experience in the healthcare field, currently serving as the Lead Freedom to Speak up Guardian and Pastoral Support Care Lead for International Nurses with NHS since May 2021. Sol also holds a Nurse Coordinator position at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing while previously working as Clinical Lead for complex care across the South of England. Prior roles include Ward Manager at Worcestershire Acute NHS Trust, Staff Nurse at Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust, Band 6 Senior Nurse at NHS Dudley Group of Hospitals, and Staff Nurse at Walsall Hospitals NHS Trust. Educational qualifications include courses at the University of Wolverhampton and Darlaston Comprehensive.
