Monique Douglas is an experienced educator and language specialist currently employed as a Specialist at Apple since November 2023, where responsibilities include discovering customer needs and advising on Apple products. Monique has been a French Teacher and Instructional Coach at Sugar Creek Charter School since July 2016, teaching French I-III Honors and previously French IV Honors, while also enhancing teaching practices for colleagues. Monique’s diverse background includes positions as a Private Tutor at Wyzant and Listen & Learn, a Freelance Blogger at HuffPost, a Teacher Assistant at BELL, and a French Teacher for grades 6-10 at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, where Monique organized an international field trip to Paris. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Foreign Language Teacher Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication with a focus on French from Western Carolina University.
