Allisia Mason possesses extensive experience in child care and educational support roles, demonstrating a commitment to fostering children's development and safety. Currently serving as the Child Care Team Leader at Sugar Creek Baptist Church since March 2013, Allisia observes and leads children's play while promoting their emotional and social growth. Concurrently, Allisia is the Summer Camp Counselor Supervisor for the City of Missouri City, focusing on the effective management of summer camp operations and communication with families. Previous roles include positions with Houston ISD as a Wraparound Resource Specialist and Special Education Employment Representative, where Allisia engaged families and developed partnerships to support student needs. Additionally, Allisia has served in various child care specialist and teaching capacities, ensuring safe and enriching environments while coordinating a range of activities for children.
