David Lewis is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal and educational fields. Currently serving as Deputy Chief of the Integrity Review Bureau at the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office in Massachusetts since December 2019, David also held the position of Chief of the same bureau. In addition to legal practice, David recently instructed a seminar on "Innocence and Systemic Racism in the Criminal Legal System" at Tufts University. Prior to these roles, David founded and owned David A. F. Lewis - Appellate Consulting and co-founded Like A Pro, a digital platform for professional athletes. Earlier career experiences include significant positions such as Of Counsel at Duval, Klasnick & Pastel LLC, Partner at Lewis & Malone, LLP, and Owner of a law firm specializing in appeals. David began in the legal field as a Special Assistant Attorney General at the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office. David holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Hamilton College.
