Nicole Edwards has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Nicole initially worked as a Family Educator, focusing on the development of children and equipping parents with essential tools for effective parenting. In 2013, they became an Assistant Director at Rosewood Academy, where they were responsible for managing various aspects of the academy, including human resources, customer relations, marketing, educational programs, and financial systems. Since 2016, Nicole has been working as a Regional Recruiting Director at Simply Success - Success Training Institute.

Nicole Edwards attended Farmingdale State College from 1999 to 2001, studying Business Administration and Management. Nicole then enrolled at Brookhaven Community College from 2006 to 2008, focusing on Early Childhood Education and Teaching.
