Santosh Reddy has been working in the field of IT recruitment since 2013. Santosh began their career at Canoesys Inc. as a Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for recruitment and business development. In 2014, they moved to Sriven Infosys Inc. as a Sales Co-Ordinator, where they were responsible for following up with the team on client submissions and client interview schedules, as well as maintaining weekly reports. From 2015 to 2017, Santosh worked at Quantum Vision as a Senior Recruiter and at Scadea Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Recruiter. During this time, they were responsible for placing highly skilled IT professionals on a contract and permanent basis. From 2017 to 2021, Santosh worked at SkillPeople - Connecting Skilled People to Right Opportunities! and BMP Technologies Pty Ltd. as a Senior Technical Recruiter. Santosh was responsible for connecting skilled people with opportunities, as well as optimizing product development through evolved product development processes. Currently, Santosh is a Senior Technical Recruiter at Success In Cloud, Inc.

Santosh Reddy obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the London School of Business and Management between 2009 and 2011, with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they earned a B.com from Osmania University, Hyderabad between 2003 and 2006.
