Judah Butler is an experienced professional in operations and learning development, currently serving as Director of Operations at Subway since August 2017. Judah has held multiple roles at the company, including Senior Manager for Global Learning and Development, Global Curriculum Development Manager, Senior Learning Experience Designer, and Learning Experience Designer. Additionally, Judah has been involved with Learning Dynamics as a Training Technology Specialist and Intern since January 2017. Previous experience includes serving as a Graduate Student Services Graduate Assistant at the University of New Haven and Lead Program Liaison at HAI Group. Judah also held the position of President for Psi Chi: The International Honor Society in Psychology. Judah holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Science from Central Connecticut State University.
