Jourdan Jones is an experienced professional in the field of food science and product insights, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Subway since November 2021. Prior roles include serving as a Food Science Specialist and Food & Beverage Innovation Coordinator at Pilot Flying J from May 2017 to November 2021, as well as a Sensory Lab Assistant at The University of Tennessee Sensory Science and Innovation Center from April 2016 to May 2019. Jourdan Jones holds a Master of Science in Food Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, a Certificate in Applied Sensory and Consumer Science from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Additional educational experience includes studies at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 2013 to 2015.
