Samuel Lake is a skilled orthopaedic surgeon with extensive experience in joint replacement surgery, currently serving at Suburban Orthopaedics since September 2022. Prior to this role, Samuel completed an Adult Reconstructive Hip and Knee Fellowship at the University of Wisconsin Department of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation from July 2021 to July 2022. Samuel also fulfilled a comprehensive Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center from July 2016 to June 2021. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science (2012-2016), a Master of Science (M.S.) in Biomedical Science from Rosalind Franklin University (2011-2012), and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2006-2010).
