Tyler Biddix is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment banking. Currently a Partner and Principal at AVALT, a private equity-focused family office in Boston, Tyler specializes in control buy-out investments in companies with EBITDA ranging from $5 million to $30 million. Tyler also serves as a Board Member for BFC Solutions and previously held board positions with Solmetex, LLC. Prior roles include Private Equity Professional at Bain Capital, where Tyler conducted due diligence and managed portfolio reviews, and an investment banking position at J.P. Morgan, focusing on the Consumer & Retail sectors. Tyler holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, graduating as a Baker Scholar with high distinction, and a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance from the University of Virginia.
