Timothy VanMatre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property development and management. As Co-Founder and Principal of Subtext since September 2012, and Co-Founder and Principal of Stivan Group since August 2009, Timothy has played a key role in the ownership and development of multifamily and single-family properties based in St. Louis, MO. Previously, from June 2006 to March 2010, Timothy served as Project Manager at Blue Urban, where significant expertise in historic renovations and commercial construction was developed. Timothy obtained a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Central Missouri between 2004 and 2006.
