Timothy McClain is an experienced realty specialist currently serving at the Federal Aviation Administration since March 2019 and also as a senior realty specialist at Subsystem Technologies, Inc. since September 2014. Timothy's responsibilities include performing technical and administrative duties related to the FAA's real estate interests, drafting leases and agreements, conducting market surveys, and managing the FAA's Real Estate Management System database. Timothy has completed the FAA Basic Real Estate Course and is adept at recommending effective acquisition methods for the government. Prior to their current roles, Timothy worked as an asset/project manager at The Flagler Group from April 2005 to September 2014 and as an international equity sales representative at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey from December 2000 to January 2002. Timothy received education at Trinity Pawling and attended Georgia State University.
