Beverly DeRise has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as a Teacher at The Janus School since August 2021. Prior to this role, Beverly worked as a Substitute Teacher for Substitute Teacher Service, Inc., and as a Gifted Support Teacher for the Ephrata Area School District from January 2017 to August 2021. Beverly's earlier experience includes a position as a Department Assistant at Lancaster Bible College, where responsibilities included monitoring compliance for out-of-state student enrollment, managing databases, and assisting with the maintenance of the learning management system. Beverly holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, as well as multiple advanced degrees, including two Master's degrees in Curriculum and Instruction from Eastern Mennonite University, an Educational Specialist degree in Education/Teaching of the Gifted and Talented, and a graduate certificate in the same field from Liberty University.
