Thomas Bäz has worked in various roles in the electrical engineering industry since 2008. Thomas started as a Lead Electrician at Elektro Petzold and then moved on to become a Building Technician at Piepenbrock in 2016. In 2017, they took on the role of Team Leader of the Assembly Team at Lichthaus Mösch GmbH & Co.KG and then moved to Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG in 2019 as an Electrical Technician for Energy and Building Technology. In 2023, they joined GET IT DONE Service GmbH as a Specialist in Electrical Installation and also works as a Development Partner for SUBPAC.

Thomas Bäz attended Handwerkskammer Berlin from 2020 to 2023, where they obtained a Meister Elektrotechnik (Bachelor Professional) degree in Elektrotechnik und Elektronik. Thomas also attended SBBS Sonneberg from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained an Elektroniker Energie und Gebäudetechnik degree.
