Nathalie Cruchet currently serves as the Head of ESG and Sustainability at Submer, where responsibilities include defining and implementing the sustainable strategy, along with managing ESG reporting tools, processes, and certifications since March 2023. Previously, Nathalie held the position of Customer Success Director for EMEA & Asia at Arcserve from August 2014 to February 2023, focusing on customer experience enhancement and team management across various regions. Prior experience at CA Technologies from January 2005 to July 2014 included roles as Director of EMEA Inside Sales, overseeing a team focused on lead generation and renewals, and as an Inside Sales Representative. Early career experience includes working as a Renewal Specialist at Fleet Services Group from October 2003 to December 2004. Nathalie holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from TBS Education and a BTEC in International Business from IUT de Sceaux.
