Caroline Morales is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Submer since August 2022. Previously, Caroline held various roles at Arcserve from June 2017 to August 2022, including HR Director for International and HR Manager for EMEA/APAC/LATAM. At TomTom, Caroline worked as a Senior HR Generalist focusing on the Iberia and Latin America regions from March 2015 to May 2017. Caroline's background also includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Citi, where responsibilities encompassed supporting a diverse, multicultural team and leading HR strategy for the Western Europe cluster from October 2007 to March 2015. Early career experience includes a role as a Psychology Professor at Universidade Federal da Bahia and as an HR Analyst at Exel. Caroline holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Social Psychology from Universitat de Barcelona and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Universidade Salvador. Notably, Caroline completed a program at the University of Cambridge focused on Women Leading Change in 2022.
