Lytton Gilliland has held a variety of roles in the e-learning industry, beginning in 2002 as a Freelance Journalist for the Round Rock Leader and Pflugerville Pflag, where they wrote film criticism and feature articles. In 2005, they began working as an Instructional Designer and Content Developer for Enspire Learning, where they concepted, designed, and developed engaging custom e-learning courses, innovative games and simulations, blended learning solutions, instructor-led training, and alternate reality games. In 2014, they joined Sublime Media as a Learning Director, and later as a Senior Learning Consultant and Senior Instructional Designer. In this role, they were responsible for the vision, needs analysis, curriculum structure, scripting, and cross-functional collaboration for innovative custom e-learning solutions. Lytton also consulted with clients on instructional strategy, communicated course content to graphic designers and software developers, and mentored other instructional designers.
Lytton Gilliland attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Astronomy and Plan II Liberal Arts Honors.
