Sayli Gosavi is currently working as the Bakehouse operation lead and head baker at Subko Specialty Coffee Roasters and Craft Bakehouse since October 2021. Prior to this, Sayli held various positions at TRIDENT, NARIMAN POINT from June 2016 to October 2021, starting as Demi Chef and working their way up to Operations Manager. Sayli also worked as a Trainee at Trident Hotels from December 2014 to April 2015. Sayli has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Anjuman-I-Islam Institute Of Management Studies and a Diploma in Visual and Performing Arts from Model Art Institute. Additionally, Sayli holds a diploma in German language from Kalina Education Society, University of Mumbai.
