Jon Knight has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jon began their career in the British Army as a Soldier, serving in various military operations. After leaving the army, Jon gained experience in IT support and management roles, working as an IT Director for companies like 24/7 Call Capture and Go Pro Systems. Jon also started their own business, Design Fly Inc., where they served as the Owner, CEO, and Developer, providing web design, development, and printing services. Jon then worked as a Senior Back End Nest.js Developer for Immediation before joining Metrix Systems, Inc. as a Web/Mobile Developer and NoCode Consultant. Jon later joined Xano as a Lead Software Engineer, where they contributed to the development of a next-generation web development platform. Currently, Jon is serving as the Head of Software Development at Subeca, overseeing in-house and outsourced development resources, along with the AWS architecture and the development of web services, APIs, and mobile applications for Subeca Engage.

Jon Knight attended Halesowen College from 1996 to 1997, where they pursued Accounting and Business/Management. Jon earned a certificate in ESET Cyber Security Awareness Training from ESET North America in 2021.
