Mary Jackson, PHR has 20 years of work experience in human resources and marketing. Mary has served as a Director of Human Resources at SubCom, overseeing HR operations globally and developing HRIS system modules and compensation frameworks. Mary also worked as a Human Resources Manager at SubCom, managing HR initiatives for a manufacturing operations team and developing company policies and procedures. Prior to that, they worked at Westinghouse Electric Company, where they served as a Sr. HR Consultant, leading HR activities for over 300 union employees, and as a Human Resources Generalist, leading talent acquisition initiatives and employee engagement activities. Mary started their career as a Marketing Manager at Gemini Geotechnical Associates, where they developed and implemented marketing initiatives.

Mary Jackson, PHR received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication, Marketing & Public Relations from The College of New Rochelle. Mary attended the college from 1997 to 2000.
