Shruti is currently a Technical Recruiter at SubcoDevs. Prior to that, they worked as a Digital Marketer Intern at Webfame Digital Marketing, Raipur from June 2019 to November 2019. Shruti also has experience as a Software QA Tester, working on various projects including cross-browser testing, functional testing, regression testing, mobile testing, and preparing bug reports using a bug tracking tool. In their previous position as an SME-IT (QA) at Advantal Technologies Pvt Ltd, they worked on manual testing, functional testing, UI testing, and tested apps on different platforms including web, Android, and iOS. Shruti is familiar with agile methodologies and black box testing.

Shruti obtained their Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from KDKCE in Nagpur. Shruti then went on to obtain their High School Diploma in Mathematics from H.S.M. Global Public School in Bilaspur.

Shruti reports to Nikita Bhatt, HR Manager. Shruti works with Garima - Technical Recruiter, Abhishek - Technical Recruiter, and Lalita - Technical Recruiter.
