Lalita has been working in the tech industry for over two years. Lalita started their career as a user interface designer for a design agency. After a year, they transitioned to a role as a graphic user interface designer for a global private limited company. In their current role as a technical recruiter for SubcoDevs, Lalita uses their design experience to help identify top talent for their company.

Lalita received their Bachelor of Arts degree from Delhi University. Lalita then worked as a UI/UX designer.

They work with Shruti - Technical Recruiter, Garima - Technical Recruiter, and Abhishek - Technical Recruiter. Lalita reports to Nikita Bhatt, HR Manager.
