Marlene Duval, CRHA, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources management across several organizations. Currently serving as the Directrice, ressources humaines at Subaru Rive-Nord since December 2014, Marlene has established a human resources department. Prior roles include HR Manager at Carrier Corporation, where significant cost reductions and improvements in health and safety were achieved, and HR Manager at Technicolor, where Marlene led initiatives that enhanced employee relations and recruitment processes. Earlier experience at Cascades also highlighted successful labor relations and safety enhancements. Marlene holds a Master of Business Administration from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal.
