Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, management, and compliance. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and a nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to academia as a university lecturer for a labor training school, teaching courses in applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
