Brian Fedor is currently the Plant Manager at Styropek USA INC, where Brian leads all facets of a 24x7 operation in a 100M pound per year EPS chemical plant. Brian has extensive experience in various leadership roles at NOVA Chemicals, including Maintenance, Turnaround and Captial Construction Leader, Organizational Change Lead, OPE Leader, Manufacturing Leader, and Plant Manager. Brian also has experience as a Product Manager at GrafTech International and in maintenance roles at Ashta Chemicals and LTV Steel. Brian holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from Cleveland State University and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron.
